The app provides transaction coordinators in the real estate industry with their own accounts on the Sellers Shield platform, enabling them to seamlessly manage transactions for multiple agents.
Key features include the ability to send digital forms to sellers on behalf of agents, access to a comprehensive dashboard for tracking form statuses and managing agent details, and facilitating efficient collaboration between TCs and agents.
Discovery
User Interviews. Conducted in-depth interviews with transaction coordinators to understand their unique needs, challenges, and preferences when managing transactions for multiple agents. Insights revealed a demand for a centralized platform to streamline communication, track transaction statuses, and adapt to varying agent workflows.
Personas. I created user personas based on the interviews and additional research from professional organizations to deeply understand the themes of our users needs and develop features that met those needs.

Design
Design System & Pattern Library. Additions and modifications to the Sellers Shield Design System were implemented to help scale new features and update existing components.
Prototypes. I created high-fidelity prototypes to present designs to stakeholders. Prototypes were used by product marketing team to promote the app and by the development team to ensure consistency between desigh and delivered product.
Implementation
Individual Transaction Coordinator Accounts. Developed a system that allows transaction coordinators to create their own accounts on the platform, providing them with a personalized dashboard for managing transactions and agent details.
Digital Form Sending. Implemented functionality for TCs to send digital forms to sellers on behalf of agents, with options to masquerade as the agent or send on their behalf. This streamlines the transaction process and enhances communication efficiency.
Comprehensive Dashboard. Designed a comprehensive dashboard where TCs can track the status of all forms sent, view property details, communicate directly with sellers, and manage details for the agents they work with. This centralizes transaction management and provides TCs with actionable insights.
Collaboration Tools. Integrated communication tools that enable seamless collaboration between TCs and agents, facilitating efficient exchange of information and updates throughout the transaction process.
